A&S s.r.l. is the result of a company that had more than 40 years of experience, and from which the owners and operating team stem, with their more than twenty years of experience in the automotive industry.

The company, with its “turn-key” service, internally handles all stages of production, from the work order to the development of the project, right up to the building and installation on-site.

Furthermore, A&S also benefits from outside expert consultants so as to assure that products manufactured adhere to the highest quality standards as required by ISO9001 and works closely with dedicated teams in carrying out Risk Analysis, which is performed on all automated equipment we manufacture.

Our clients only receive equipment bearing the CE marking as they respect and comply with Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE.

Internal Operations Management

Client offers are developed and approved directly by our Production Manager with the contribution of our technical staff.

The technical office manages and analyses supplier offers before passing them on to the administrative office where all formal orders are issued.

Suppliers are managed according to a step-by-step procedure supervised by the ISO 9001 Quality Department. This step guarantees the long-term reliability of our suppliers as well as obtaining, for each order, all necessary documentation related to production or manufacturing of the product as per specification drawings.

The well-structured technical office proves fundamental as an interface with suppliers and customers, especially in the early stages of product development.

A&S works in close partnership with external consultants, designers and certified engineers for structural checks whenever the product requires it.

An external office drafts the Risk Analysis together with A&S technicians – who provide the required material including 2D and 3D layouts outlining the distances and safeguards used – for each automated machine so as to complete Technical Files and ensure CE markings.

Our Operations Department works side by side with Production to guarantee the availability of information and clarifications aimed at limiting errors to a minimum during product industrialisation.

Production has a team of industrial experts carrying out operations along the entire chain: structural work, assembly and product testing, packing and shipping to our Clients.

Each product completed is provided with relevant documentation – developed internally – in line with the specifications of the client.

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

A&S was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Certification in January 2021 for its operations in engineering, construction, installation and assistance of mechanical equipment for the automotive industry and supply of relative spare parts.
